PROCESS

The fruit is fed into the feeding area, where the system distributes and guides it to the different work positions.

Each piece is positioned in a controlled manner before entering the cutting and destoning mechanism. The machine performs the fruit opening and mechanical pit separation, allowing the product to be prepared for further processing.
