Used Omag 1200x1100 block and paving stone production machine from 2007. Equipment includes: cement silo and auger, ACT/Wiggert 1875 L mixer, Eagle granulate coloring machine, Marcotte dosing system, Besser/Omag concrete transport system, Conv System concrete transport system, concrete feed hopper, Systeg block production machine (without face mix). Capacity of 2.8 to 3 cycles per minute. We produced products with heights ranging from 36 to 90 mm. Wet Omag conveyor (front), Omag material (slab) tipper, Omag elevator, Omag finger car, Omag lower conveyor, Omag gap closer, Omag dry stack conveyor, Omag cuber board feeder, Omag board and block conveyor, Omag Cuber, Omag board brush and flipper, Omag rear panel return line, Omag panel return line, Omag power supply panels, Omag hydraulic unit for wet side, Omag hydraulic unit for dry side, Siemens PLC controllers, steam generator. 1220 used plastic production boards, 1200x1100 mm (production area 1040x1040 mm).
