Abrasive Conveyor Screw 5m with Dosing Hood
For installation as a transverse screw conveyor to the bucket elevator at the end of the hall (pushing abrasive across the full hall width with a forklift)
- 5m + outlet to bucket elevator, solid-blade screw Ø250mm with 5mm thick screw flights.
- Can be used as an abrasive storage hopper. The blasting system draws abrasive as needed via a level probe.
- Depending on installation depth, allows up to 24 hours of uninterrupted blasting without hall cleaning.
- Hall cleaning takes only 10 minutes using a forklift or wheel loader.
- Very low maintenance and repair costs compared to a complete conveyor floor.
- Particularly suitable for very heavy workpieces.
- Lower acquisition costs compared to a full-area conveyor floor.
- Reduced foundation costs compared to a full-area conveyor floor.
