Blast media cleaner air separator 4-fold adjustable air volume/ flow speed/ suction proximity to the blast media/ blast media layer height adjustment. Electric vibrating screen for permanent coarse separation. Bucket elevator with trapezoidal threaded spindle for belt tensioning and speed monitoring. Container lining with a 70shore 4mm fabric rubber for a service life of up to 30 years with proper use. Container can be opened completely to the side for easy forklift loading. Container can be upgraded with a crane overhead hatch, floor reinforcement, lateral blast room extension. When blasting stainless steel, the container can be upgraded with a real magnetic drawer or a magnetic drum separator as well as stainless steel grating. Filter system with easy maintenance doors, big bag dust bagging, H13/14 secondary filter and silencer. Blast pot with pressure regulator and water separator.

The container is characterized by its reliability and easy maintenance. All system components are easily accessible at the rear of the container. Only 4 ball bearings on the screw conveyor floor and 4 ball bearings on the bucket elevator.

Special warranty of 5 years on the essential parts of the blasting system included.
