O.ME.P.S Silo Trailer----Type: CM 35

Axles and Suspension:
Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle assemblies (3 x 9 t) with air suspension, axle spacing 2 x 1310 mm, lift and lower valve, loading pressure gauge on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco tire pressure monitoring system, 1st axle liftable without tractor unit equipment, 3rd axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Wheels and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, manufacturer’s choice on Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims size 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120.

Brake System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO pneumatic brake system with RSS, compliant with standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09. Brake wear indicator connected.

Landing Legs:
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2 x 20 t static load with swiveling foot.

Electrical System: All lights LED version, 24-volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel plate on the chassis beam, yellow side marker lamps as required, rear position lamps, front outline markers, rear license plate lights, lights compliant with standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 multi-chamber rear lamps mounted at the pivot height in aluminum brackets per 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 rotatable LED work lights on top left and right of the tank, yellow warning beacon at the rear at hose pipe height, 2x reversing lights on the underrun protection, 2x reversing lights at the leg height (each switchable on the power console)

Tank Design: Horizontal tank made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn). Single-compartment tank, 35,000 L capacity. Tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. 2" kingpin as per standard 94/20/CE

Operating Parameters: Pressure vessel in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test overpressure 3.0 bar, operating overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40°C to +80°C.

Filling options: 3 manholes DN 450 with swivel and foldable manhole covers. Covers close pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts each, support on top for cover storage, rain rail closed at the front, open at the rear.

Material Discharge:
2 discharge cones with synthetic fabric agitator inserts, individual discharge lines DN 100 made of steel combined at the rear, 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the lines, DN 100 shut-off ball valve with ring nozzle, remote control for shut-off ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line.

Air Piping: 2.5” stainless steel air manifold mounted on the right-hand operator side, air line routed to the front, up to the end of the silo with check valve and DN 65 connection hose for compressor with Storz-B coupling. The air manifold has ball valves for upper air, additional air, and agitation air. Upper air 2” rear right, PRESSURE INLET REAR RIGHT, external air connection Storz C on the air line rear RIGHT, pneumatic connection with blow-off gun and spiral hose on the catwalk near the access ladder, 1 vibrator top of the tank, air line center-top on the catwalk for cleaning with air gun, air line bottom in storage box for cleaning with air gun.

Ladders and Access:
1 aluminum ladder mounted rear left of the vehicle, 1 pneumatic aluminum safety scissor railing with locking system acting on the brake, 1 aluminum safety walkway
