Thanks to its unique floorless design with a low-profile ramp, the cabinet allows a whole transport trolley filled with trays or catering containers to be directly driven inside. The unit operates in a stable, deep freezing range from -15°C to -20°C, controlled by an advanced microprocessor-based digital controller with a HACCP function. This system continuously monitors the refrigeration parameters, guaranteeing the complete safety of stored semi-finished products, bakery mixes, or ready-to-eat products. The installed refrigeration system is based on the modern R452A refrigerant and is characterized by high energy efficiency (power consumption is only 0.85 kW) while maintaining a significant refrigeration capacity.
