This NEWAY NL251HP is a demo machine which has not produced any chips so far.

At the core of the machine is a 45° slant bed constructed as an extremely stable Meehanite cast iron structure, with a specially dampening sand core integrated within the machine frame. This core effectively enhances the performance of the cast parts and provides even greater vibration damping properties. Each servo axis is equipped with a "silent-noise" ballscrew and is directly connected to the servomotor via a flexible coupling. The result is high travel speed, low noise levels, high positioning accuracy, and high repeat positioning accuracy. The servomotor features an absolute encoder, allowing the machine to be immediately ready for use after switching on, without the need to perform reference runs. Position information is retained even after the power is switched off.
