W12-8X2000 Four-roller Plate Rolling Machine
This machine is equipped with plate end pre-bending and CNC rolling functions. It allows the metal plate to be fed in one single pass, completing pre-bending and roll forming of the workpiece without the need for turning over the plate.
The upper working roller serves as the main drive roller, while the lower roller and two side rollers are hydraulically driven. Their lifting strokes are controlled by the CNC system, enabling automatic leveling with a synchronous display accuracy of ±0.1 mm. The tilting and resetting of the tilting bearing housing adopts a hydraulic transmission structure, and the upper roller is equipped with a balancing mechanism to facilitate the removal of the finished workpiece. The machine comes with a movable independent control console for flexible repositioning at any time, and is equipped with safety interlock devices to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Working Roll Material
The working rolls are made of 42CrMo high-strength premium alloy steel, manufactured through forging, rough machining, and quenching & tempering heat treatment, achieving a bulk hardness of HB 240–300. After finish machining, they undergo medium-frequency induction hardening, resulting in a surface hardness of HRC 47–58. The products comply with the JB/ZG4289-86 standard for roll steel, ensuring uniform roll rigidity with a controlled deflection of (1/700–1/1000)L.
Note: L refers to the center distance between the two side frames.
The entire production process strictly follows the standard manufacturing flow for rolls, fully guaranteeing the comprehensive mechanical properties of the working rolls.
Working Roll Rotation & Drive System
The upper roll is the driving roll of the four-roller rolling machine. It is fitted with an independent hydraulic motor directly coupled to the heavy-duty gear housing, with no intermediate gear transmission. This is the most energy-efficient drive design. The hydraulic motor is equipped with an instant braking device, enabling accurate positioning of the roll shaft during pre-bending operations.

The outer ring adopts a spherical structure, allowing the inner ring and roller assembly to deflect within an angle of 1.5°~3°. It can automatically compensate for misalignment caused by installation errors and shaft deflection, preventing seizure and abnormal wear.
Heavy Load & Impact Resistance
Line contact between rollers and raceways enables the bearing to withstand extremely high radial loads as well as bidirectional axial loads, perfectly suited for heavy-duty working conditions of rolling machine rolls.
