Equipped with an advanced kg/h system and integrated load cells featuring a loss-in-weight function, the MC Weight delivers a real-time overview of extrusion line capacity and primary material consumption in kg/h.

With the MC Weight, your main material measurement technology ensures that the optional gravimetric dosing units (MCS Continuous Feeder) automatically adjust the flow rate based on variations in bulk density and extruder output.

The MC Weight is ideal for precise measurement of extrusion line capacity and material consumption. Thanks to its modular, scalable design and removable stainless steel hopper, the MC Weight saves you time and money by making hopper cleaning and material changes possible with minimal downtime.

Designed for extrusion manufacturers focused on control and efficiency, the MC Weight system stands out with its modular design and stainless steel hopper, ensuring reliable operation with free-flowing powders such as PVC dry blends, masterbatches, and regrinds up to 180°C. Additionally, it enables control of multiple co-extruders via a single interface, offering maximum user-friendliness and operator control.
