Characteristics of the crosscut saw
- Single 500 mm blade on a robotic arm that can be moved in height, length and depth and tilted.
- Everything is managed via a Human / Machine touch interface that ensures sorting and optimization of cuts.
- The whole system is entirely confined in a box to reduce dust and noise to a minimum.

Modes of operation :
- Automatic operating mode: from a file with information on the site, the machine automatically optimizes the cuts and indicates to the operator, the order of introduction of the wood for the cutting. The operator unloads the wood on the input table in the given order, the machine cuts it and the operator recovers the cut bars on the output table.
- Manual operation mode: The operator keeps full control of the machine movements, and adjusts all axes individually, mode used for maintenance purposes.

- Three-phase in 400 V / 8.5 kW (11 hp) / 300 mA differential

Pneumatic supply :
- 6 to 8 bars of dry air pressure, flow rate of 10 m³ per hour with instantaneous peaks connected by minimum D12 rilsan tube


Dust suction :
- 1 mouth of 160 mm of diameter at the right rear
- 1 mouth of 140 mm diameter at the left rear
- 1 x 80 mm spigot equipped with an 8 meter hose is recommended for cleaning


Wood dimensions:
- Max thickness: 80 mm
- Maximum height: 260 mm to 300 mm (depending on equipment)
- Minimum cutting length: 100 mm
- Maximum cutting length: 6500 mm
