Simple operation – no alignment problems: Equipped with alignment pins and a printed scale for precise positioning of the media on the printing table. The registration pins secure the media against shifting. Thanks to the measuring scale, the layout and RIP data can be easily adapted to the position.
More flexibility through direct printing on thick media: Printing on boards up to a height of 50 mm.
Reduced banding thanks to the Mimaki Advance Pass System.
Special Mimaki circulation system prevents white ink from settling.
Mimaki Clear Control (MCC): For glossy surfaces – to avoid dust adhesion and the formation of small air bubbles, MCC simultaneously reduces the drying time of the ink and the radiation of the UV light. This creates both glossy and stylish, matte surfaces. In addition, multiple layers of clear varnish can be used to create a high-quality, embossed effect for a multi-dimensional look.
Convenient ink selection:
- LH-100 hard UV inks for all smooth surfaces with high scratch resistance, color brilliance and solvent resistance
- LUS-150 flexible UV inks for smooth and uneven surfaces, approx. 150% deformable and therefore suitable for a wide range of substrates
- white ink to reduce light transmission in images
- two-layer printing with white on clear and colored surfaces
- refinement of prints with a glossy or matte varnish finish
Environmentally friendly printing: No release of harmful substances through UV printing technology. Lower power consumption and longer service life thanks to UV LED lamps
