Limpet coil roller hydraulic
to form half round pipe from flat stainless steel strip and bending into wanted radius with spiral continuous.

-Shafts output 80 mm

-Interchangeable set of rollers on the shafts for the different size of pipe 60 mm , 90 mm , 115 mm

-Coil holder for the reel metal strip with guide-way bench uncoiling and alignment the steel strip to the rolling machine

-Pinching lower central roll adjustable to form the half pipe
-Digital position readout to determine the bending diameter of the coil, the pitch of the coil, the half tube shape forming
-hydraulic arm movable in 3 directions to set the pitch of the coil roll
-Upper vertical support hydraulic operated to hold in position the formed diameter and collect the coils from diameter 700 to diameter 3000 mm

-Operator console electric with push buttons and digital position readouts for the coil length, the bending radius and the forming load.
-Service manuals and operation books along with the machine
