The hydraulic guillotine shear is designed for accurate straight-line cutting of sheet metal and strips. It is suitable for steel, non-ferrous metals and other compatible materials. With a maximum cutting capacity of 4 mm and a working length of 2500 mm, it is an efficient solution for fabrication workshops and industrial production facilities.

The machine combines a robust hydraulic system with a motorized back gauge and E21S controller, allowing quick and repeatable positioning. An illuminated laser guide clearly indicates the cutting line and helps the operator align the workpiece accurately before each cut.

Hydraulic hold-downs secure the sheet along the entire cutting length. Ball transfer units integrated into the table make large sheets easier to position and help protect their surfaces during handling. Front support arms and a front gauge with measuring scale provide additional support and simplify repeat work.

The segmented blade design allows an individual damaged section to be replaced instead of the complete blade, helping reduce maintenance costs. Adjustable blade clearance enables the machine to be set for different sheet thicknesses and materials.
