Description
Electro-pneumatic, vertical, linearly guided automatic saw for the use of HSS saw blades to make serial cuts from 60° left to 45° right on steel.
The machine also works in semi-automatic cycle. CNC automatic machine with multiprocessor and two axes controlled by MEP control, latest generation, which allows to program 1000 different cutting programs, each with different cutting length and number of pieces, for the same material thickness.
FEATURES:
-New centralized control panel on articulated arm to allow operators to easily reach the emergency stop switch from any working position.
-NEW: Fieldbus communication system (Modbus protocol) with double microprocessor and serial port.
-Display with 20 characters x 4 lines for displaying the following technical parameters: + saw band speed + number of cuts programmed and executed + saw band thickness + feed length + cutting time + ammeter + display of over 100 diagnostic messages and warnings.
-NEW: Display and recording of the alarm and error messages with the possibility of displaying the incidents that have occurred.
