Mash Mixer: steam jacketed mixer with automated mash temp holding and step mashing capabilities. Able to mash in using steam jackets and be very accurate.

Lauter Tun: dual steam jacketed, mash rakes and plows for grain removal. Automated grant pump turns off when grant level is low and resumes when grant level is full.

Kettle: “Auto Boil” timers automatically turn on all three jackets sequentially during lauter to ensure wort heating and limit boil lag. Automated boil timer starts when wort temp reaches desired set point and turns off steam automatically when the boil timer ends.

Whirlpool: wort transfer pump moves ~150gal/min to create very tight trub pile. Hop dam prevents trub from sliding into knock out.

Controls, platform, touch screen, 4 process pumps.

Flow meter for water for accurate strike volumes, bottom fill, sparge water and water back gravity adjustments.
