For sale is a strip coating line. The system originates from insolvency assets and was in successful operation until the facility was closed.
Technical specifications & capacities:

• Material: Suitable for aluminum and stainless steel coils.
• Strip width: 80 mm up to max. 600 mm.
• Material thickness: 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm (for aluminum).
• Processing speed: approx. 20–25 m/min.
• Coil weight: Max. 3,000 kg.
• Inner diameter: 400 mm (expandable to 500 mm with available adapter chucks).
• Coating options: From narrow color stripes (starting at 7 mm) up to full-surface coating.
• Temperature range: Oven operation at approx. 250°C.

System design & components:

• Infeed: Expandable decoiler with height-adjustable coil transport cart (load capacity 3,000 N).
• Coating unit: Double coater for precise paint application using steel roll deflection.
• Drying: Drying and firing zone with two Eclipse gas burners and control panel.
• Safety & Environment: FID probe for continuous monitoring of solvent concentration in the oven, including control unit.
• Cooling: Cooling section with fresh air supply before exiting the oven.
• Post-processing: Integrated slitting device for strip longitudinal cutting (incl. slitting knives and spacer rings).
• Outfeed: Hydraulic strip guiding, friction plate brake, and transfer arms at the recoiler.

Scope of delivery:
• Complete system as described.
• Accessories (spacer rings, slitting knives, adapter chucks).

Inspection & transaction:
• Condition: Used, fully operational up to decommissioning.
• Location: Wuppertal.
• Dismantling/transport: Dismantling and transport to be carried out by the buyer at their own expense.
• Invoice: You will receive a proper invoice with VAT shown separately.
