Operation Principle:
Raw material is placed in dedicated moulds (templates), where it is securely shaped by vacuum. Once positioned, a band saw slices the meat horizontally according to the template profile. Finished portions are discharged onto the product conveyor, while trimmings are transferred separately onto a dedicated conveyor. This process ensures exact cutting and exceptionally consistent production results.
