1 universal milling unit SK40
with integrated A-swivel axis 190° (+/- 95°), in the X-axis direction for lock/hinge machining on both sides along the long edge of the door directly with the unit.
Water-cooled milling spindle, rated power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm. Speed continuously adjustable from 1,000 to 17,100 rpm. SK40 tool holder for automatic tool changing.

1 x chain tool magazine with 24 positions, for tools up to 90 mm in diameter, with sorted storage up to a maximum of 160 mm in diameter, arranged at the unit's starting position. Total tool length max. 200 mm from the spindle mount.

Milling spindle and 2 x magazine positions configured for angle/probe heads with torque support.

Machine table with program-controlled width adjustment and width measurement for machining with edge finishers to ensure consistent milling depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically raised and lowered.
1 x longitudinal stop with pneumatic insertion stroke, mounted on the unit, for positioning according to the door length and thickness.
4 x pneumatic stops, pivoting sideways, for doors with veneer/cover panel overhangs of up to 15 mm, as well as with selectable height adjustment for changing stop heights for prefabricated doors (single- or double-rebated doors).

2 x vacuum clamping lines, each line with 5 x vacuum plates, 130/200 x 70 mm, with touch valve and blow-off device. 3 vacuum plates per line can be lowered according to the door height being processed.

1 x vacuum pump with approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250-liter intermediate tank, for rapid vacuum build-up.

Automatic central lubrication, free-standing control cabinet with air conditioning unit.
Work safety: bumpers on both sides of the mobile portal, safety fence on the side.

Various tools and tool holders can be included upon request.
The machine is assembled and ready for operation and can be inspected in the Hanover region.
