The Magurit STARCUTTER 314 is a rotary commercial meat slicer with a power of 9.2 kW designed for medium-sized productions. It can handle most common block sizes whether the standard EURO-2 or US 60lbs blocks, reducing frozen products continuously at temperatures as low as -22°F (-30°C).

Slabs are fed through the integrated pneumatic feeding ram to the rotating cutting drum. These unique C-Cut blades can handle high volumes with ease processing up to 8 tons per hour while maintaining a high-quality cut. With a single pass through the machine, it results in smaller pieces with thicknesses between 3 and 9 mm.
