MACO BSS 360 AR CN

The Maco BSS 360 AR fully automatic bandsaw features programmable angular rotation. This enables fully automatic cutting of pipes and profiles to the right length and miter angle.

To minimize vibration during sawing, the saw frame is made of cast iron.

The Maco BSS 360 AR can be operated in both semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. The machine is equipped with a 5″ touch screen for operation. The machine can be programmed via this screen and diagnostic data can be read. In the control, 200 programs can be stored, with the option of entering length, off-cut length, number of pieces, angles and off-cut corners in each program. Mitre sawing is possible from 60° left to 45° right.

Material clamp automatically moves according to the mitre angle to be cut. The feed clamp has a stroke of 860 mm. The program itself calculates the number of feed unit strokes required to reach the defined length.
