The key features of the machine (blade support rigidity, flywheel sizing, blade guide, blade tensioning) have been the subject of careful study in order to prevent blade yielding, increase durability, improve cutting linearity, and reduce cutting time.

Vertical rotation on a spindle with adjustable tapered roller bearings, free of play.

Blade drive with a two-speed motor and a special gearbox with a bronze gear and a hardened and ground worm gear.

Flywheels sized appropriately.

Robust blade guides made with sealed guide bearings and adjustable carbide inserts.

Blade tension achieved via an electromechanical device with a microswitch-controlled blade rotation.

Safety device to prevent accidents on the flywheel cover, the control knob, and the blade.

Cutting range: from 0 to 60° to the right

Adjustable stop for cuts of the same size.

0.06 kW electric pump for blade cooling.

Operation:
Starting the cutting cycle via the start button; the machine:
1. closes the clamp and activates the blade motor
2. lowers the arm for cutting
3. the arm returns to its starting position
4. stops the blade motor
5. opens the clamp

Manual cutting option available.
