Functionality:
The machine has a silo with agitator on top. In each of the 4 corners of the storage silo, there is a vertical screw which compacts the material downwards into the pressing chamber.

The machine works with two cylinders, each pressing in two directions (either when moving the cylinder forward or backward). This creates 4 briquette outlets with 6 individual briquettes each.

For automatic feeding into industrial furnaces

Small to medium quantities of wood chips generated in various processing industries (especially wood, biomass, etc.) can be optimally compressed. The small Ø 30mm format offers an attractive alternative. Unlike our conventional briquettes, these can be fed automatically into industrial furnaces.
In addition to wood, various other materials (various biomass & agricultural residues) can be processed without issue.
