The Rösler S1 from the S-Line series is a compact all-round talent for demanding surface finishing applications. Originally developed for post-processing powder bed-based 3D printing technologies, it automatically cleans, smooths, and homogenizes components – quickly, reproducibly, and economically. At the same time, depending on the component and blasting media, the S1 is also ideal for traditional blasting operations such as cleaning, descaling, deburring, or achieving decorative surface finishes.
A special highlight is the integrated blast media conditioning system:
A cyclone separator and a vibrating mesh screen reliably separate waste, dust, and worn blasting media. Only clean, high-performance blasting media remains in the circuit, ensuring consistent blasting results and protecting sensitive components.

The integrated PLC control allows all relevant process parameters to be stored in programs—such as blasting duration, blasting pressure, or drum rotation speed. These programs can be retrieved and adjusted at any time, enabling reproducible blasting processes, quick product change-over with minimal setup time, and simple, safe operation even with frequently changing components.
Quick media change in combination with the cyclone and vibrating mesh screen makes the S1 a true all-rounder: The system can be adapted in no time to different materials, component geometries, and blasting tasks—from additively manufactured plastic and metal parts to conventional serial components.
