This system was specifically developed for the needs of professional wheel processing and, thanks to two laterally arranged unbalance motors, enables flawless results with short processing times. The stepless speed control and adjustable motor position allow the system to be flexibly adapted to almost any processing task.

The compact wheel processing system is ideal for pre-grinding, fine-grinding, and polishing of standard and custom wheels up to 24 inches. Thanks to easy operation and quick abrasive change, wheels can be polished to a mirror finish in just a few hours – for a high-quality mirror finish in an elegant metallic look, both for used and new wheels.

The pneumatic loading and unloading system makes loading and unloading the wheels very easy and quick. In addition to wheels, other components can also be processed here.

The working container is equipped with a flexible clamping device for different wheel types and is lined with a high-quality wear-resistant lining made of polyurethane elastomer (Rösler HD 90). The specially ribbed, stress-relieved, annealed welded construction ensures a long service life and smooth, robust operation even in continuous operation.
