The water jet cutter is a professional, industrial water jet cutting machine (hydro-cutter) designed for lossless and fast water jet cutting of potatoes into fries and root vegetables in food processing plants. The machine works perfectly in large production lines for fresh and frozen fries, catering establishments, and industrial vegetable wholesalers. The operating principle is based on hydro-transport, in which the raw material carried by a high-pressure water jet passes through a guide sleeve (aligner) and strikes a stationary array of cross-cutting blades at high speed. This technology completely eliminates cracking and crushing of the vegetables, guaranteeing a perfectly smooth cutting surface and the highest efficiency, reaching several tons of raw material per hour.
