The equipment incorporates a continuous conveying system that guides the product through the coating area, where the dry ingredient is distributed over its surface. This type of machine allows coating both the top and bottom of the product, depending on the configuration and the material used.

PROCESS

The product enters continuously via the conveyor belt and passes through the dry coating application area.

The flour, breadcrumbs, or breading mix is distributed around the product to achieve the most uniform coverage possible. Excess material can be separated from the product and returned to the coating circuit, depending on the installed configuration.

Once floured or breadcrumb coated, the product automatically continues to the next operation.
