Modular Belt Elevator with Hopper – Discharge Height 1.85 m

Inclined modular belt elevator in stainless steel with an integrated receiving hopper, designed for the continuous lifting and transfer of food products between different stages of the production process.

The equipment combines a large stainless steel feed/accumulation hopper with an inclined modular conveyor belt, allowing the product to be received at a low height and progressively lifted towards processing, dosing, or packaging equipment.

The modular belt incorporates transverse blades that facilitate controlled lifting of the product and reduce its backsliding during inclined transport.

With an approximate discharge height of 1.85 m, it is particularly suitable for feeding processing machinery, hoppers, weighing systems, dosing units, and packaging equipment.

APPLICATION

The product is received in the integrated hopper and continuously transferred to the inclined modular belt. The blades allow it to be progressively lifted to a discharge height of 1.85 m, from where it can be directly fed to the next machine or stage of the process.

The hopper + elevator assembly is particularly useful as an intermediate feeding system between equipment installed at different heights.
