The calender consists of the following units:
- A set of 4 rollers
- A set of roller drives
- Frames
- A running gear
- A control cabinet

The set of rollers consists of 4 rollers of different diameters.
The rollers are mounted on a common frame, which allows you to change their mutual position (change the gap between the rollers). The gap between rollers 1 and 2 is adjusted using adjustment screws driven by MRA-63 type worm gears. The gap between rollers 2 and 3 is adjusted manually by turning the adjustment screws.

Each roller has an individual drive, allowing you to change the rotational speed.

The rotational speed of the rollers and the thickness of the plate are set on the operating panel of the Calender control cabinet.

A pressure roller and disc knives for cutting the outer edges of the plate are installed above the last roller (No. 4).

The knife spacing is adjustable, which allows the production of boards of various widths. Roller diameter:

Roller 3 – 315.00 mm
Roller 4 – 355.00 mm

Roller 5 – 95.00 mm
Disc knife 6 – 200.00 mm
