Lutetia Baratte T0

The Lutetia T0 tumbler is specifically designed for processing facilities seeking a compact and reliable solution for vacuum mixing and marinating of small batches. Firstly, it offers the same technological principles as larger industrial models, while remaining perfectly suited for pilot runs, artisanal production, or recipe testing. This ensures homogeneous and controlled brine penetration, guaranteeing consistent quality from the very first cycles. In addition, vacuum operation helps to improve product integrity and deliver uniform results.

Furthermore, the drum’s slow rotation ensures gentle handling of raw materials. This gradual movement minimizes mechanical stress on the product and preserves fiber structure, so appearance and texture remain consistent. The drum’s internal geometry promotes smooth circulation of the batch, improving repeatability of cycles and ensuring process reliability even across successive batches.

In addition, the food-grade stainless steel construction meets the strict hygiene standards of the food industry. It offers excellent resistance to corrosion and wear, while facilitating cleaning and minimizing downtime between production runs. As a result, the tumbler is easy to operate and readily available for daily use. Its compact footprint also enables easy integration into workshops where space is limited.

All in all, the Lutetia T0 is a smart choice for professionals aiming to optimize their vacuum marinating process without oversizing their production setup. It strikes an excellent balance between precision, reliability, and compactness, making it a strategic tool for industrial trials, small batch production, or development-phase operations.
