The MET30+ 3f is a professional, industrial metal detector from the British brand LOCK INSPECTION SYSTEMS (now part of the renowned Loma Systems group), representing a technologically advanced inspection device designed for demanding production lines in the food sector (meat, bakery, frozen food, processing) and the pharmaceutical sector. Equipped with a multi-frequency "3f" system and advanced digital signal processing (DSP), the detector guarantees the highest level of detection sensitivity. The device easily identifies small metallic contaminants – including ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals (e.g., copper, aluminum), and particularly difficult-to-detect magnetic and non-magnetic stainless steel, regardless of their depth within the product.

The core of the machine is a powerful head with a wide 620 x 270 mm inspection window, working in conjunction with a conveyor belt with a width of 600 mm. These technical parameters allow for the seamless inspection of large-sized products – bulk packaging, cartons, frozen blocks, and products fed in bulk on a continuous system. The MET30+ model features built-in memory that allows saving programs for many different products and an advanced product effect compensation function.
