LLC Evolutioner Segmented pan & box brakes SM 2020x1.2mm

The segment folding machine SM 2020x1.2mm is a machine for bending different elements from the metal sheets with maximum length 2020 mm and maximum thickness 1.2 mm.

Can be equipped with third bar segmented.

Usually folding machines are used for producing roofing elements, ventilation elements, drainage system elements etc. But segment folding machine SM thanks to special segmented bars gives the opportunity to bend boxes and façade cassettes in addition to standard bending elements. Segmented bar is a bar consisting of parts with different lengths. So you can adjust it to the length you want and bend boxes around this segmented part.

Segment folding machine SM-1550 x 1.8mm
Segment folding machine SM -2020 x 1.2mm
Those segment machines have two bars segmented: The upper bar and rotation bar. The upper bar has a 135 degrees’ angle, so it’s possible to bend elements with maximum bending angle 135 degrees

The standard set of segment folding machine SM includes: The folding machine SM, tempered segments, angle measuring device, the four position angle limiter, two segments with side cuts, multifunctional acceptance table.

As an additional option you can get cross cutting knife for the segment sheet metal bending machine. The maximum thickness of metal the knife can cut is 0.8mm steel.

The segments of the folding machine are tempered and the rigidity of them is about 30 HRC.

So it lets the opportunity to bend thick metal in any part of bending machine without any damage.
