The line consists of following parts
Automatic metal decoiler can work with rolls weight up to 1.5 tons and coil width up to 350 mm. Decoiler helps to feed metal into a roll forming machine, so you need to install roll to unwinder shaft, to adjust inner diameter of the roll and put the metal under the compensation mechanism of the machine. After you have to take it to roll forming machine. As an option, we can also make a line and equip it with a manual metal unwinder or install a line without it at all.
The rollformer part of the machine, consisting of rolling rollers of various diameters and configurations to roll metal and form the required profile.
Guillotine shear for cutting final products of the machine. The guillotine works in automatic mode, giving the opportunity to cut fences with necessary length and quantity.
Line automation system consist of a manual control panel, an automatic control panel and a stand with a display. The manual control panel allows you to set up the machine in manual mode and check it before automatic operation. The automatic control panel is used when the line is operating in automatic mode, allowing you to set the quantity and length of forming products and program their cutting with the line.
