LIMA Séparatrice RM400D

The Lima RM400D separator is designed for processing facilities aiming to optimize meat recovery from bones or carcasses. It effectively separates meat from bone residues through a controlled mechanical process. As a result, product losses are minimized and material yield is improved, directly contributing to process profitability. Furthermore, this machine ensures consistent separation quality—an essential factor for industrial-scale production.

Thanks to its operating principle, the RM 400 D is suitable for various types of raw materials, achieving high yields depending on the product processed. It is well-suited for pork bone processing as well as whole poultry carcass treatment. Additionally, the screw and drum design ensures constant pressure, which guarantees homogeneous and controlled separation.

This separator can be easily integrated into an existing production line, as its size is compatible with many workshop configurations. Its robust construction allows for continuous operation in demanding industrial environments. Moreover, access to key components facilitates cleaning and maintenance, reducing downtime. As a result, production continuity is improved and overall system reliability is enhanced.
