This professional, vertical storage and process tank from the Dutch brand Leushuis has a capacity of 3500 liters and is a high-quality component for production lines, designed for advanced food processing. The unit was factory-designed and approved for handling salad mayonnaise (Salatmayonnaise), making it an ideal solution for storing, buffering, and transferring various demanding, thick fatty emulsions, cold sauces, ketchup, mustard, jams, or liquid concentrates.

The tank features an optimized, compact design (diameter 2000 mm, height 3600 mm), which ensures excellent stability and simplifies installation in halls with lower ceilings, while maintaining a large storage volume. Its construction entirely from high-quality stainless steel guarantees complete microbiological and chemical neutrality – the tank does not react with products with low pH (acidic reaction of sauces) and does not affect the organoleptic properties of the ingredients. The design parameters allow for safe operation with media at temperatures up to 50 °C, which enables the acceptance of products directly after pasteurization, blending, or emulsification processes.
