The LASKA FZ 175 is a professional industrial emulsifier, a technologically advanced machine that is a key component of modern meat processing lines. This device is designed for continuous operation in medium and large-sized facilities. It is used for ultra-fine, finely granular processing, emulsification, and homogenization of fillings for sausages, frankfurters, pâtés, mortadella, and other similar products. It performs exceptionally well where a perfectly smooth, stable emulsion structure with minimal air bubbles is essential.

The core of the machine is a unique, multi-stage geometry of the cutting system, working in conjunction with a 175 mm diameter disc and driven by a powerful 91 kW motor. The LASKA FZ 175 is distinguished by its patented electro-hydraulic system for automatic adjustment of the knife pressure against the disc. This solution guarantees constant, optimal cutting conditions while minimizing friction. In practice, this allows for a reduction in the wear of the working parts by up to 50% compared to traditional emulsifiers, drastically reducing operating costs and eliminating the risk of overheating the raw material.
