Kirjeldus
Hopper capacity: 30l / 150 kg
Cleaning degree: SA-3.0 (deep and extensive corrosion)
Air demand: 1,000 l/min (for 4.0 mm nozzle)
Abrasive valve: FSV Premium
Nominal operating pressure: 13 bar
Working temperature: -20 - 100 °C
Cleaning performance: up to 16 m2/h
Supported nozzle diameters: from 2 to 15 mm
Weight: 45 kg
The SBM series compressed air blasting systems are mobile machines designed for advanced surface treatment using a compressed air jet and abrasive grains. The beneficial conical bottom design facilitates abrasive movement and the possibility to use different valve designs makes the abrasives suitable for processing all types of abrasives with spherical, round and/or sharp-edged shapes and any grain size.
The blasting systems of the SBM series can achieve a surface finish up to class SA-3/SP5 and a capacity of up to 106 m2/h. The sandblasters of the SBM series are equipped with large claw couplings, which ensure quick and safe connection while maintaining high compressed air throughput. The abrasive loading is carried out by a pneumatically operated rubber membrane - without the need for inefficient screw connections - making the SBM series blasting systems safer and easier to operate. The blasting unit is also equipped with a large inspection valve, enabling quick emptying of the tank and the possibility of internal inspection. The blasting machines of the SBM series allow simultaneous operation with one or two working nozzles (depending on the model).
Hodpswry R Tjfx Aaaonu
The control of the blasting device (in pneumatic or electric version) is intuitive and precise and therefore efficient, as the control handle is located at the end of the working line. The undeniable advantage of this solution is that the operator performing the cleaning directly can interrupt the operation of the machine, as required by the latest health and safety regulations (solution available as an additional option).
The SBM blasting unit container was designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU based on and under the supervision of a design approved by a notified body, and is CE-marked.
