ROBOTIC WELDING STATION ROBOARC_E WITH KUKA ROBOT ON POLE-ARM AND FRONIUS TPS 320I MT SOURCE

The robot uses a motion control system that compensates for the path of the torch,
accelerates and decelerates, sets the travel speed and other coefficients. The robot can control
multiple axes, divided into different groups. The groups of operations are independent of one another but
can work simultaneously.
- Fronius TPS320i CMT welding source
Fronius TPS/i is one of the most modern welding sources, and with its huge power output of
up to 320A, it meets the highest welding requirements for unalloyed steels, low-alloy steels,
high-alloy steels and aluminum. Intelligent equipment, modular design and multiple options for
system expansion provide the necessary flexibility and performance.

The SmartPAD is a hand-held programmer equipped with all the operating functions and indicators that are
necessary to operate and program industrial robots.
- ILLUMINATED STATION SIGNALING COLUMNS
The signal column is located on the fence of the station. The column corresponding to
Station A has 3 signal lights, i.e.: green, red and orange, as well as a beacon
sounder, at station B it has 3 signal lamps, i.e.: green, red and orange.
- CONTROL CASSETTES WITH ILLUMINATED BUTTONS
The illuminated buttons of each station of the station inform about the activity of the
