Advanced Automation & Control Systems
Centralized PLC/HMI control coordinates blow molding, rinsing, isobaric filling, capping, labeling, and end-of-line functions. Recipe management supports format and product changeovers, with synchronized conveyors and VFD-driven motors to maintain constant flow at high speed. Line accumulation and defective-bottle rejection are integrated to minimize downtime and scrap.
