System layout:
1. Zone – Main washing zone:
– with a centrifugal pump with 2.2 kW
(900 l/min at approx. 1 bar) distributed over a total of
50 stainless steel nozzles, which enable
thorough cleaning of all 4 sides.

A plate filter continuously cleans the washing solution
and filters it continuously.
– Tank volume 180 l
– Washing temperature in the main washing zone 50-55°C
The crate transport takes place via a spiral
(KITZINGER utility model), which ensures
precise crate separation and an unobstructed
impact of the washing solution for comprehensive
cleaning of all sides.
2. Zone – Rinsing area:
– The products cleaned in the machine are thoroughly
rinsed from all sides with fresh water.
The fresh water must be at least 45°C when fed to the
machine and is heated to approx. 80°C in the system.
Approximately 250-300 l are required per hour.

near the machine, below the machine tank with
standpipe
