Machine description
- the lids of the crates can be folded down to the side, total transport height approx. 1000 - 1050mm
- the two track belts each have 2 guides on the side, one guide each from above and a cam spacing of 700mm
- Feed zone with 1500mm straight length with drive, working height approx. 1000mm
- Main washing zone with 2700mm length, tank 600l with heating 50kW, (20kW possible via hot water) washing temperature 55-60°C, 1 stainless steel centrifugal pump 7.5kW 1500l/min at 2bar, stable external box filter, brush cleaning takes place after the first spray cleaning with an external brush, then repeated spray cleaning,
- 1800mm rinsing zone with approx. 150 - 250l/h via direct fresh water supply, the fresh water is supplied hot at at least 60°C; 500mm feed zone with top suction connection (stainless steel radial fan, DN 250 connection); 1800mm long blow-off with 2 5kW fan motors; 500mm long discharge table
