KASTO WBS 150/170

The fully hydraulic production band saw features a universal hydraulic system for cutting both thin-walled and thick-walled profiles, as well as solid material, without changing the saw blade, using a uniform tooth pitch of 3 or 4 teeth per inch. It includes pre-tensioned band guide, closed oil hydraulics, triple pivot bearing, separate coolant system, steplessly adjustable hydraulic cutting pressure, lifting movement, and accelerated return stroke. It is equipped as standard with a stepless miter device. The saw band is lifted rapidly.

Swivel vice for complete utilization of the saw blade. Longitudinal guide with ground and hardened guide rails to transmit the cutting forces to the saw band. Automatic end stop. Push-button control for the on, off, and up functions of the saw band.
