Professional vertical microcutter from the renowned German brand Karl Schnell. The device is designed for highly efficient chopping, emulsifying, mixing, and homogenizing of various materials in meat processing, food processing, dairy, catering, and ready-meal and sauce production facilities. It operates as a closed process system, enabling the production of perfectly smooth and uniform emulsions. The design is based on a conical working tank with two simultaneously operating systems. The upper drive operates a slow-speed mixer with Teflon scrapers, which constantly scrape the product from the walls of the kettle, preventing it from sticking and ensuring even distribution of the material. At the bottom of the tank is a high-speed cutting assembly (microcutter), which is responsible for rapid mixing, grinding, and emulsifying of the raw material. The machine's operation is fully ergonomic thanks to the use of a pneumatic system for lifting the working cover, which facilitates loading and streamlines the cleaning and disinfection processes. The integrated control panel allows for independent activation of the mixer, cutting assembly, and precise water metering.
