Chassis
Regular ladder frame in lightweight steel construction with continuous crossmembers.
Coupling plate, 8 mm thick, with a 2-point kingpin according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337.

Suspension
Axle lift mechanism on axle 1.
Manufacturer of choice: Kögel - three-axle unit with disc brakes, Ø 430 mm, offset approx. 120 mm.
Air suspension with approx. 180 mm travel.

Vehicle tires
Tires: 6x 385/65 R 22.5 UNIROYAL TH 50.

Chassis components
Kingpin supports (manufacturer of choice from Kögel), mechanically operated with leveling support, lifting capacity approx. 24 tons. One-sided operation on the right side when traveling.
Spray protection system (spray mist suppression) according to Regulation (EU) No. 109/2011 for a three-axle unit with tires 385/65 R22.5, consisting of 1 pair of quarter-circle fenders in front of the axles, 1 pair of straight fenders with spray flaps between the 1st and 2nd axles, and 1 pair of quarter-circle fenders with spray flaps behind the axles.
Toolbox for storing: 10 side panels, folding stanchions, and rear door or rear flap. Fully enclosed, protected against spray, and also serves as a side protection device.
Ground clearance (front): 220 mm.
2 plastic toolboxes, waterproof, dimensions (internal) approx. 545 x 400 x 400 mm. Installation at the rear, 1x on the left and 1x on the right.
High, rigid underrun protection at the rear made of steel according to ECE-R58.
1 pair of retractable warning signs for overwidth loads, retro-reflective red/white, with LED lighting, spiral cable, and plug connection. Arrangement in the front and rear areas of the vehicle.

Brake/air suspension system
EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS plug connection ISO 7638 (without connection lines), parking brake as a spring brake, external pneumatic connections and external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug connection.
WABCO EBS system.
Air suspension system incl. 1 lifting and lowering valve, mounted on the left side behind the axle unit when traveling. Driving position is automatically adjusted.
2 tamper-proof coupling heads in the front ISO 1728 34410.010. Air reservoir for brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2).

Floor
Plate floor approx. 30 mm thick.
Floor sealed around the perimeter.
Pocket for square tube inserts, approx. 80 x 80 mm, arrangement according to drawing J9: 8 pieces of pocket strips (18 pockets per strip: 4 pieces each on the outside + 10 pieces in the middle).

Superstructure
Meets superstructure strength according to EN 12642 XL (VDI 2700). Tested for a payload of approx. 27,000 kg.

Front wall
Storage for max. 14 square tube inserts, approx. 80 x 80 mm (length approx. 1,990 mm) on the inside of the front wall.
Front wall approx. 2,000 mm high with steel corner posts, with profiled steel sheet, screwed/riveted to the frame. 2 pairs of lashing points (permissible lashing force approx. 1,000 kg per ring) on the front panel according to EN 12640.

Rear wall
Foldable rear wall approx. 600 mm made of aluminum hollow profiles with 3 tensioners and T-latch locks, 2 foldable steps on the inside.
Foldable steel corner posts at the rear at the height of the side panels.

Side wall
