Chassis:
Ladder frame made of lightweight steel, with continuous crossmembers.
Coupling plate, 8 mm thick, with a 2-point kingpin according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337.

Suspension:
Axle lift mechanism on axle 1, 18330.700, manufacturer optional (Kögel).
Three-axle unit, with disc brakes, approximately 430 mm in diameter, approximately 120 mm offset.
Air suspension with approximately 180 mm of travel.

Vehicle tires:
6x 385/65 R 22.5, 160J (European brand, manufacturer optional - Kögel).

Chassis components:
Kingpin supports (manufacturer optional - Kögel), mechanical with leveling foot, approximately 24 tons lifting capacity. One-sided operation on the right-hand side when driving.
Splash protection system (spray mist suppression) according to Regulation (EU) No. 109/2011, consisting of 1 pair of quarter-fender mudguards in front of the axles, and 1 pair of quarter-fender mudguards with mud flaps behind the axles.
2 wheel chocks with holder.

Pallet box for 24 Euro pallets, completely enclosed, protected against spray water, and also serves as a side protection device.
Ground clearance (front) 220 mm.
Plastic toolbox, waterproof, dimensions (internal) approximately 545 x 400 x 400 mm. Installed on the left-hand side at the rear.
Retractable access ladder at the rear on the right-hand side.
High, rigid rear underrun protection made of steel according to ECE-R58.
Height of the underrun protection profile min. 120 mm, designed for increased test loads.
1 pair of retractable warning panels for over-width loads, retro-reflective red/white, with LED lighting, spiral cable and plug connection. Arrangement in the front and rear vehicle area.

Braking/air suspension system:
EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB function), EBS plug connection ISO 7638, (without connecting cables), parking brake as spring-loaded brake, external pneumatic connections as well as external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug connection.
EBS system (manufacturer optional - Kögel).
Air suspension system including 1 lifting and lowering valve, mounted on the left-hand side behind the axle unit when driving. Driving height is adjusted automatically.
2 fail-safe coupling heads at the front, ISO 1728.
Air tank for brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2).

Floor:
Plate floor, approximately 30 mm thick.
Floor sealed at the rear.

Superstructure:
WITHOUT quick-release device for front side tarpaulin, with tensioning rods.
Quick-release device at the rear for side tarpaulin with tensioning rods and ratchet.
Meets superstructure strength according to EN 12642 XL (VDI 2700). Tested for a payload of approximately 27,000 kg.

Front wall:
Front wall in superstructure height with aluminum corner posts, riveted with aluminum hollow profiles, screwed/riveted to the frame, 1 pair of lashing eyes according to EN 12640.
Inside of front wall reinforced with 12 mm plywood with screen-printed surface, approximately 1,250 mm high.

Rear wall:
Double-wing rear portal door made of aluminum, approximately 2,630 mm i.o.L.
4 integrated twist lock closures (2 pieces on the left, 2 pieces on the right), manufacturer optional - Kögel.
