Glass cleaning machines have been used for years in restaurants, beer cellars or at the largest folk festivals in the world for cleaning glasses and jugs. Glass cleaning machines are mainly used in the catering industry to facilitate counter operation and provide significant improvements in hygiene. So far, they have been tested and successfully used under the most demanding conditions.
The output volume, depending on the type of system, is between 800 and 2,500 pieces per hour.

The jars or pitchers are placed on the conveyor belt or in baskets with the opening facing downwards and cleaned in a continuous cycle at an adjustable washing temperature and with detergent. To prevent contamination of the caustic tank, the dripping liquid is fed directly into the channel in the feed zone. In the cleaning tunnel, the glasses are rinsed with detergent and clear water and can be removed hygienically clean at the outlet.
