The INONE3D FGF800 is a next-generation industrial 3D printer for 2025, developed for Fused Granulate Fabrication (FGF) and designed to provide cost-effective, large-format printing directly from plastic granules. This solution is ideal for manufacturing large prototypes, technical components, molds, and functional parts where reduced material costs and high productivity are key.

The machine features a fully enclosed housing, which improves process reliability, increases operator safety, and ensures a more stable printing environment. With a generous 800 × 800 × 800 mm build volume, support for 1–5 mm plastic granules, and interchangeable nozzles (0.6–3.0 mm), the FGF800 is suitable for both high-speed, large-volume production as well as applications requiring higher detail.
