Durable, Dual-motor Drive & Electric Steering:
The 18 BT-9U is equipped with an electric steering system that operates highly efficiently. The forklift receives its power via a dual-motor drive. The installed ZF drive, Schabmüller motor, and ZAPI controller are particularly durable. Its semi-permanent oil-cooled disc brakes ensure reliable, consistent performance. The Continental solid tires are also designed for long-term, demanding use.

Easy maintenance & long operating times:
The forklift is designed for easy maintenance—the battery is side-mounted for convenient removal and replacement. The self-diagnosis function allows you to quickly read all driving data. The brake fluid reservoir is also easily accessible for maintenance. The compact design further enhances the forklift’s performance. Additionally, improved energy consumption allows the battery run time of the 18 BT-9U to be increased by 21% over the previous model.

Safe & ergonomic operation:
To ensure operator safety, the electric forklift is equipped with a panoramic mirror, fork lowering valves, an electronic parking brake, and a robust overhead guard. With its wide field of vision, the operator always has the forks and transported goods in view. The operator presence detection system ensures the 18 BT-9U can only be moved when the driver is seated. For safe cornering, the driving speed is reduced automatically. The anti-roll-back function allows you to park the forklift safely on ramps. The spacious operator cabin is designed for ergonomic use and comfort, featuring smooth fingertip controls and a suspended comfort seat. All levers can be operated effortlessly. The LCD color display provides all key driving parameters at a glance, such as speed and battery status.
