The frame and chassis are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, giving the sandwich box a long service life.
The floor of the sandwich box consists of special wood that has been glued together in multiple layers to be waterproof, with a non-slip phenolic resin coating.
In this box, the body consists of 30 mm thick sandwich panels with a core of foamed polyurethane and a double-sided outer layer of galvanized and polyester-coated steel sheet.
The frames of the sandwich box are made of anodized aluminum, as are the torsion-resistant rear portal and the rain gutter at the rear.
The door hinges, the lockable swivel rod lock, and the door latch are made of stainless steel.
Seals made of plastic are mounted on the doors, allowing for waterproof transport of your goods.
