Short heat-up time for the GlueJet adhesive system (GJ 301 automatic), approximately 2 to 3 minutes depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature.
Always fresh adhesive thanks to the GlueJet application system and adhesive cartridges. Swapping in PUR adhesive and cleaning the system is quick and easy, taking only a few minutes.

One of the absolute highlights of the machine is the multifunction package, which excels in operations processing a wide variety of edging types. The DIA tools are multi-step and can switch between radii and chamfers as needed – from the longitudinal milling unit to the corner copying unit and up to the profile scraper.
The extendable workpiece support and the extended infeed area with air cushion table assist with handling large workpieces. A feed guide system supports feeding small workpieces into the machine.
