This listing is for a puréeing turbine from the premium manufacturer Hobart, model PVM 302. This is a mobile, highly versatile turbo-mixer suitable for puréeing, mixing, chopping, blending, emulsifying, stirring, and more. It is ideally suited for processing vegetable, meat, and fish soups, sauces, grated vegetables, mashed potatoes, yogurt, dressings, fruit and vegetable purées, liquid batter, baked goods, sorbets, and omelets. Its compact dimensions and easy handling guarantee quick, cost-efficient use even in confined spaces.

The PVM 302 features an integrated safety mechanism that prevents automatic restart after a power outage or network shutdown. The mixing head can only be operated electrically when set higher than 300 mm or lower than 900 mm.

The puréeing turbine has been completely overhauled by our in-house specialist workshop and is in full working order. The turbine operates very quietly. The unit can be inspected and demonstrated at our workshop. A video demonstration can also be provided upon request.

Machine design:
Frame and all parts in contact with food made of 18/9 stainless steel. The unit is mobile and fitted with four large wheels, two of which are swiveling and lockable. Rear stabilizers provide tip-over safety.

Equipped with a high-performance turbine and both vertical and horizontal knife sets for excellent chopping and puréeing performance. The turbine is equipped with a suction protection ring. Power transmission via flexible shaft. The machine carries GS/CE certifications.

Motor: Special, ball-bearing motor with motor protection switch and robust on/off switch, suitable for continuous operation. Turbine features two speeds:
I. Gear: 725 rpm (gentle mode)
II. Gear: 1,450 rpm (high speed)
Motor with fan cooling, protection class IP 54
Total power rating: 1.9 kW, 400V/50Hz/3-phase
Circuit protection: 3 x 10 Amp.
